The extra-generous dining area is connected to the modern open-plan kitchen, featuring all modern luxuries. There is a toaster, a microwave, an electric kettle, high-quality tableware, a filter coffee and ‘Nespresso’ capsule coffee machine and many additional amenities awaiting.
There are eight bedrooms in total, seven of which feature a king-size box-spring bed for quality slumber. There is also a bespoke sofa sleeper for additional guests. Most of the bedrooms are complete with a flat-screen TV and direct access to the balcony or terrace. Two bedrooms also feature an extra bunk bed. There are six bathrooms in total, each fitted with a bathtub or shower, one of them accompanied with a sauna. The Bramberg Resort offers safe underground parking at a surcharge of €10 per car and day.
The following cancellation terms apply to stays during the periods 19 December 2026–3 January 2027, 30 January 2027–13 February 2027 and 20 February 2027–27 February 2027:
a) up to 1 month before arrival: free of charge
b) up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the rental price
c) in the last week before arrival: 90% of the rental price
d) on the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the rental price
The following cancellation policy applies to all other stays:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
From this point onwards, 100% of the rental price will be charged.
We recommend that you take out appropriate insurance. The insurance company Europäische Reiseversicherung offers tailored insurances for holidays in Austria.
In order for us to confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% is required. The remaining balance will be automatically debited 14 days before your arrival. Payments will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
If you do not have a credit card, you are welcome to pay the deposit by bank transfer.
