Can we get the floor plan and the specific location of our flat?

We can provide you with the floor plan and the location without obligation, but not guaranteed. We ask for your understanding if the information is not identical to the final flat. Each of our flats has its own small, individual characteristics. However, we only have one floor plan sketch available per flat type.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes, your beds are made up on arrival and towels are ready for you. For stays of 7 days or more, we will change your towels once a week free of charge.

Are spices and oils available in the flat?

For reasons of hygiene, we do not provide spices and oils.

Can the beds be pushed apart and converted into single beds?

No, unfortunately this is not possible.

Is it possible to take a baby bed?

At the DAS Wildkogel and DAS Bramberg resorts you can book an extra bed, subject to availability. Unfortunately, this is not possible at DAS Neukirchen.

Can we store our bikes with you?

At DAS Wildkogel and DAS Bramberg, bicycles can be stored in the locked ski cellars. DAS Neukirchen has its own container.

Can we charge our e-bikes at your centre?

Yes, the e-bikes can be charged in the ski cellars of DAS Wildkogel or DAS Bramberg. At DAS Neukirchen you can charge your e-bike directly at the bike container.

Are fresh bread rolls provided?

Yes. We can deliver fresh bread rolls to the reception on request. These will be delivered by the local baker by 8:00 am.

 Is it enough to book breakfast on site?

We recommend booking the daily breakfast in advance to guarantee a place in the restaurant, as capacities are limited.

If you only want to have breakfast on selected days, you can also reserve a table in the Waldvogel restaurant yourself, online or by telephone on +43 6566 20142.

Alternatively, you can use the bread roll service. For this you will find a "bread roll slip" at reception, on which you should indicate which pastries you would like by 5.00 pm the evening before. It will be waiting for you at reception the next morning at 8.00 a.m. at the latest!

How far is it to the nearest cable car?

The bottom station of the Smaragdbahn cable car is directly opposite our resort.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out. This depends on availability. You are welcome to ask directly at reception on arrival or on the day of departure whether your request is possible.

Is there childcare at the resort?

No, unfortunately we do not offer childcare.

How far away is the playground and are there play facilities?

At DAS Wildkogel and DAS Bramberg there is a small playground in the centre of the resorts. A larger public playground is about a 10-minute walk away. In DAS Neukirchen there is a public playground near the sports field.

Are children counted as persons?

Every child over the age of three is considered a person. Children under the age of 3 can either sleep in your bed or you can book an extra bed. However, extra beds are only available to a limited extent in the DAS Bramberg and DAS Wildkogel resorts.

Are the apartments cleaned daily?

No. Daily cleaning is not included in the standard price. Guests are welcome to book additional cleaning services for an extra charge.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes. In some of our apartments it is possible to bring your dog with you for an extra charge of €20 per dog per day. Please let us know when booking if you plan on bringing your dog with you.

Can we buy lift tickets for the ski resorts at the Wildkogel Resorts?

You have the option of buying ski tickets directly from us at reception. The following ski passes are available from us: KitzSki, SuperSkiCard and Wildkogel Arena.

Are children considered persons?

With us, every child over the age of three counts as a person. Children under the age of 3 can either sleep in your bed or you can book an extra bed. However, extra beds are only available to a limited extent in the DAS Bramberg and DAS Wildkogel resorts.

How much does it cost if we bring one more person?

The prices are per flat, so there is no surcharge for the maximum occupancy. However, additional sleeping arrangements such as sofa beds (only available in DAS Wildkogel and DAS Bramberg) are only available for an extra charge. Advance booking is requested.

How far is it to the nearest food shops?

In Bramberg there are two supermarkets nearby: SPAR (500m) and MPREIS (1000m).

Is parking available at the resort?

DAS Wildkogel offers underground parking for € 10,- per space and day.

We provide our guests with sufficient private parking spaces and garage parking spaces at each resort. Beyond this, there is unfortunately no possibility for our guests to park in car parks around the resorts. We would therefore kindly ask our guests to park in the allocated and booked underground parking spaces at the resorts or in the outdoor parking spaces around the DAS Wildkogel and DAS Bramberg resorts. If you have any questions, your reception team will be happy to help you.

Is the front desk permanently staffed?

No, our front desk is open daily from 07:30 to 19:00. Outside these hours you can reach us in case of emergency or late arrival via our service telephone +43 664 3039930.

Do we need to bring our own towels to the spa?

No. Towels are provided in the spa.
