How far is it to the nearest cable car?

The bottom of the Wildkogelbahn cable car is close to the resort. Simply cross the main road or use the underpass.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes. Guests who book for at least 7 days will receive one set of new towels during their stay.

Are fresh bread rolls provided?

Yes. We can deliver fresh bread rolls to the reception on request. These will be delivered by the local baker by 8:00 am.

How far is it to the nearest food shops?

Neukirchen has two supermarkets: SPAR and BILLA (both around 200m).

Are dogs allowed?

Yes. In some of our apartments it is possible to bring your dog with you for an extra charge of €15 per dog per day. Please let us know when booking if you plan on bringing your dog with you.

Can we buy lift tickets for the ski resorts at the Wildkogel Resorts?

No. We do no sell lift tickets for the ski resorts. These can be bought at the nearby ticket office or online.

Is parking available at the resort?

At the DAS Neukirchen Resort each underground parking space costs €5 per day. There is no free parking.

Are the apartments cleaned daily?

No. Daily cleaning is not included in the standard price. Guests are welcome to book additional cleaning services for an extra charge.

Is the front desk permanently staffed?

No, our front desk is open daily from 07:30 to 19:00. Outside these hours you can reach us in case of emergency or late arrival via our service telephone +43 664 3039930.

Do we need to bring our own towels to the spa?

No. Towels are provided in the spa.
