What to Expect
Friday – Arrival & Warm-up
- Individual arrival at DAS Neukirchen
- Optional: Early check-in including breakfast available to book
- From 3.00 pm: Check-in at reception
- 4.00 pm: Welcome with an aperitif & getting to know each other
- 5.00–6.00 pm: First training session
- 7.00 pm: Dinner together & a cosy evening
Saturday – Activate & Recharge
- 7.30–9.30 am: Boxing session with Christin
- 9.30–10.30 am: Breakfast buffet at Ristorante Theatro
- 10.30 am–12.00 pm: Time for yourself – relax, enjoy or explore
- 12:00–15:00: In fine weather: Ride up on the Wildkogelbahn, hike followed by mobilisation & stretching on the mountain
In bad weather: Run and hike from the resort to the Untersulzbachtal with Christin - 15:30–18:00: Free time, spa & indoor pool
- 7.00 pm: 3-course meal at the “Theatro” restaurant
Sunday – Finish Strong
- 7.30–9.00 am: Final power session
- 9.00–10.30 am: Breakfast
- 10.30 am–12.00 pm: Check-out | Optional: Wellness
