The premium open-plan kitchen offers a luxurious cooking experience, featuring high-class appliances, an electric kettle, a filter coffee and ‘Cremesso’ capsule coffee maker, toaster, all essential cooking utensils and tableware. The two bedrooms each come with a king-size box-spring bed for quality slumber and a flat-screen TV. One of the bedrooms has an additional sofabed that can sleep one more guest. There is at least one bathroom in the apartment, fitted with either a shower or a bathtub, and there is a separate toilet for guests.
The highlight is the home’s own sauna and exceptionally beautiful gallery. With almost 100sqm Alpine living spread out over two floors, the penthouse leaves nothing to be desired.

The Wildkogel Resort offers safe underground parking at a surcharge of €10 per car and day.
The following cancellation terms apply to stays during the periods 19 December 2026–3 January 2027, 30 January 2027–13 February 2027 and 20 February 2027–27 February 2027:
a) up to 1 month before arrival: free of charge
b) up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the rental price
c) in the last week before arrival: 90% of the rental price
d) on the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the rental price
The following cancellation policy applies to all other stays:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
From this point onwards, 100% of the rental price will be charged.
We recommend that you take out appropriate insurance. The insurance company Europäische Reiseversicherung offers tailored insurances for holidays in Austria.
In order for us to confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% is required. The remaining balance will be automatically debited 14 days before your arrival. Payments will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
If you do not have a credit card, you are welcome to pay the deposit by bank transfer.
