Our cuisine is rooted in Austrian tradition and open to new ideas.
Körndlbrot bread, lamb's lettuce, herbs, seeds and kernels are a common thread running through our dishes. They are complemented by seasonal produce from the region – freshly and carefully selected according to the season.
The result is a menu that changes without losing its identity: honest, light and full of flavour.

Our breakfast at the Waldvogel is deliberately minimalist and lovingly composed.
Fresh grain bread, selected regional products, fine spreads and seasonal accompaniments make for a light, honest and enjoyable morning.
Every day, we serve breakfast for resort guests as well as locals and guests from other accommodations. You can conveniently reserve your spot between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. or 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. – or just drop by spontaneously in between.
