  • Our conference centre is located in the immediate vicinity of our resorts at Mühlbach 242, 5733 Bramberg.
  • Of course, our team is happy to arrange your transfer from the apartments to the conference site.

Our options

At Wildkogel Resorts, you may choose from two options depending on the event you’re planning. For smaller meetings, we recommend our 50m² conference room. The 152m² generous conference hall, including a 18m² stage, is perfect for large-scale events.

    Size: 152m² and 18m² stage

    • Full day: €550
    • Morning (08:00 – 12:00): €350
    • Afternoon (13:00 – 17:00): €350
    • Minimum rental for short-term use (2 to 4 hours): €250
    • Minimum rental for short-term use (less than 2 hours): €150

    Number of participants allowed into the conference hall with different seating styles:

    • Auditorium style: 150 guests (max. 200 guests)
    • Classroom style: max. 90 guests (max. 48 desks, i.e. 8 rows with 6 desks per row)

    All prices quoted are including operating expenses, set-up, cleaning and seating arrangement.
