Travel regulations

Austria, Germany & Switzerland

Children up to 12 years are exempt from the 2-G rule.

For children from Austria from 12-15 years the Ninja Pass from the schools is equal to the 2G proof. For guests from Germany, Switzerland and other countries a 2G proof is required from the age of 12.

For entry into Austria, as well as for your stay in the Wildkogel Resorts, proof of complete vaccination or convalescence is required (no antibody test is considered convalescent, only the notice from the authorities).

Please inform yourself about the exact travel regulations in Austria, Germany and Switzerland before your arrival.

Since Sunday, November 14, adjusted travel regulations apply between Germany and Austria. From this date you need a 2G proof (vaccinated or recovered) for your journey home to Germany, as well as a confirmation of the simple but necessary registration at www.einreiseanmeldung.de. For vaccinated & recovered persons there is no quarantine obligation by this.

Children over 12 years of age must also have a 2G certificate. If this is not available, a ten-day quarantine with the possibility of free testing from the 5th day is necessary. For children who have not yet reached the age of twelve, a quarantine of 5 days applies.

We look forward to giving you and your family a well-earned timeout. Stay healthy!

Dear guests,

due to recent government decisions, our seasonal break is expected to be extended up to and including December 12. As of December 13, we will probably continue to apply the 2-G regulation. As of today, we are happy to welcome all those who have been fully vaccinated or have recovered back to our hotel as of December 13! We understand any uncertainty and would therefore like to point out our updated cancellation policy:

In the following cases you can cancel your booked vacation stay with us free of charge:

  • within the framework of a general lockdown
  • in case of an official ban on entering your booked resort
  • in case of an entry ban to Austria, an exit ban from your home country or in case of relevant border closures
  • if you or one of your fellow travelers is ill with Corona at the time of travel (presentation of an official segregation order is required)

If you have any questions regarding your booked trip or any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us by mail at booking@wildkogelresorts.at

We wish you a good time until the start of the season in December and look forward to seeing familiar guests again as well as meeting new faces in our resorts!

Stay healthy!

the Wildkogel Resorts Team
