Dogs are warmly welcome at the Wildkogel Resorts!
The well-being of your four-legged companion is close to our hearts, which is why we are delighted to welcome your dog to the beautiful Oberpinzgau region. We promise that he will lack for nothing with us, as our apartments are all equipped with spacious balconies and terraces for getting fresh air and sunbathing. Your four-legged friend can also accompany you to our restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner or coffee in between.
Around our resorts are beautiful walking and hiking trails for unique dog walking experiences. In summer, dogs can be taken for 5,- EUR on the mountain railways, right next to the resorts. Especially in high summer, you and your dog will benefit from the pleasant, mild mountain climate and the numerous opportunities for swimming in our mountain lakes or in the Salzach.

Your questions about holidays with a dog
In order to make a holiday with us possible for people who are allergic to animal hair, dogs are only allowed in selected appartments. Please let us know if you are travelling with a dog when booking so that we can guarantee that a dog-friendly flat will be reserved for you.
We charge a daily fee of 20 euros per dog for your four-legged friends. Please make sure you indicate your wish to travel with your dog when booking. As dogs are only permitted in selected appartments, we cannot guarantee that your dog will be allowed in the chosen appartment.
A grocery shop, where you can also buy dog food, is located in the village. Otherwise, there is a warehouse in Mittersill (approx. 14km) with the most important accessories for your dog and the nearest Fressnapf store in located in Zell am See (approx. 37km).
Dogs are allowed in our restaurants.
A veterinary practice is located in the surrounding area.
